The promotion is from 00:00 1st June 2023 to 23:59 31^st May 2024 (GMT +0).

3. TERRITORY

The promotion is valid in Scotland and England only. 

4. BENEFICIARIES

1) You must be over or the legal age (18 years old)
2) You must be a registered user of goalsfootball.co.uk ("Site") and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that you own a personal account (or create a personal account) to participate in the Contest, with an indication of the following personal data and information: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.

5. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

1) Scan the code found on your card which would be handed out at a Goals kids party you attended in person at the club between 00:00 1st June 2023 to 23:59 31^st May 2024
2) Sign up and opt into marketing otherwise you will not be able to be contacted if you are selected as a winner and therefore will be disqualified
3) Ensure your account has no arrears if you are selected as a winner
4) Winner will be selected at the start of each new month
5) If the winner does not redeem the prize within 7 days, a new winner will be selected, and so forth until a winner is identified
6) All sign ups will be placed a random number and a random number generator will select the winner
7) Once the prize has been selected, you cannot re-enter to win again
8) If you already have a party booked and paid, a credit to the same amount of a Championship party for 10 children will be applied

6. FREE CHAMPIONSHIP PARTY

1) FREE to bookings made within the promotional date and time terms only.
2) Kids parties must take place between the beginning of the booking term date and 23:59 31^st December 2024 (GMT +0).
3) The accounts of each booker will be checked for arrears, as per the terms and conditions of this promotion, the account must have no arrears to be eligible for the party to be free. If the account has arrears, they must be paid prior to receiving the new Kids Party booking.
4) Bookings based on the rule of first come and first served.
- Details will be taken in order to complete the booking and noted on our customer database.

8. OTHERS

1) Participation of the users in this sale is subject to the Terms of Use as listed on the Website.
2) Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all the provisions of these T&Cs. The complete text of these T&Cs will be available at the Site and at the App.
3)The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other mean deemed suitable to communicate to the beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&Cs.
4) The Organizer, co-organizer, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organizations related to this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
5) The Organizer will identify and explain the terms of this promotion based on the legal process.
6) Participants will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other GOALS promotions if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any of the rules of the game or legal requirements.
7) The promoter has the right to end the promotion at any time.
