Function Reservation
Our online function reservations allow you to review room availability and provisionally secure the date you would like.
Our venues have 2 charges:
- A hire deposit - due to reserve the room (This deposit is usually returnable to you based on T&C's).
- A hire charge which vary by club.
To make the reservation, you'll be asked to pay the hire deposit to secure the venue.
Once reserved, a member of the team will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm the final details with you so please fill in the contact information correctly. Should the room be deemed unsuitable, or we are unable to cater your event, or unable to contact you within 48 hours the hire charge will be refunded by the team in full.
Event start & end times
Whilst we allocate a 7pm-11pm booking slot for your Friday or Saturday evening event, we can in the majority of our venues cater for an earlier start or even add on a late licence to keep the party on till late. Our Club teams will be able to assist you to find the perfect start and end times.

Functions on other days of the week
Need an alternate time to a Friday or Saturday night for your event, then again, a majority of our clubs can cater for Sunday events or events during the day .
Whilst we currently are not booking these events online, our team will help you find a day / time just right for you.

Can I organise my own catering?
Club function packages vary, some may offer a catering add-on. However, you're always welcome to arrange your own food, if you'd prefer. Our team can offer local-based recommendations too!

Do I have time to decorate before the party starts?
Yes!
You'll be given the time that you can have access to our function suite to decorate, at the time of our confirmation call to finalise you’re booking. We will then again confirm time on your confirmation call, 2 weeks prior to your party.
Last orders
The majority of clubs the bar will take last orders for drinks at 10.50pm with the bar closing at 11pm. We may also be able to offer a later licence to Midnight, with last orders at 11.50pm and the Bar closing at Midnight. You can add this on if applicable at the confirmation call.
Some clubs have some licensing conditions which may differ from the above but we will confirm times with you during the confirmation call.
Restricted event types & conditions
Some of our clubs may have certain restrictions applied to their licence - if your event could be affected by these conditions, we will let you know during the booking confirmation.
Can you host 18th Birthday Parties
Many of our clubs are permitted to host 18th Birthday parties but we do have some that can not due to local regulations. You will find out if your chosen club can hold this event during the reservation process.
Please note we are required to hire external security for 18th and in some cases 21st events which incurs an additional cost.

Are under 18's allowed to attend?
The majority of our clubs are fully licensed, allowing children to attend your party. We would advise querying this with your chosen club as they may request the names of all under 18's be provided prior to your event.
Can we bring our own welcome / toast drinks?
This strictly at the discretion of the club General Manager and will be subject to a corkage charge.
