3. TERRITORY

The promotion is valid in Goals Glasgow West, 2650 Great Western Road, Clydebank, G81 2XT.

4. BENEFICIARIES

1) You must be over or the legal age (18 years old)
2) You must be a registered user of goalsfootball.co.uk ("Site") and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that you own a personal account (or create a personal account) to participate in the offer, with an indication of the following personal data and information: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.

5. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

1) Enquire about hosting a function.
2) Go through required vetting from the team at Goals Glasgow West or Customer Services.
3) Make your booking with a refundable deposit, subject to availability. 
4) Offer based on basic function suite hire, additional upgrades or extras will be charged at full price.
5) Goals reserve the right to cancel any booking at their own discretion.
6) Bookings accepted are done so at Goals Glasgow West's discretion. They are under no obligation to provide reasoning on why an enquiry does not pass the vetting process.

6. FREE FUNCTION HIRE

1) Function bookings are secured by making a deposit of £100. 
2) If all terms* and conditions are met after the event, the £100 deposit will be refunded back;

TERMS*:

*There are no disturbances or major inconvenience to staff or customers.
*There is no significant damage to property.
*No guest under 18 found to be consuming alcohol.
*There are no alcohol containers or illegal substances brought in during or found after the function.
*Any cancellations are made within 4 weeks of the event.
*Hit a minimum bar spend of £1,000 on the day of the function.

7. PRICE

You can find out the price of your booking by speaking to a Team Member at Goals Glasgow West.

8. OTHERS

1) Participation of the users in this sale is subject to the Terms of Use as listed on the Website.
2) Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all the provisions of these T&Cs. The complete text of these T&Cs will be available at the Site and at the App.
3)The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other mean deemed suitable to communicate to the beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&Cs.
4) The Organizer, co-organizer, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organizations related to this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
5) The Organizer will identify and explain the terms of this promotion based on the legal process.
6) Participants will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other GOALS promotions if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any of the rules of the game or legal requirements.
7) The promoter has the right to end the promotion at any time.
