PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Period:

• The Block Booking Voucher & Winter Kit campaign for Block Bookings in Scotland & England ("Promotion") will run from December 26, 2023, to January 31, 2024 ("Promotion Period")

2. Eligibility:

• The Promotion is only open to existing (current Block Bookings) customers of Goals.
• New customers cannot redeem this offer, see other offers page for any current offers for new customers
• Must book within the Promotion Period

3. Voucher Details:

• The Voucher will be applied during the event and will be added to a bar tab or redeemed through a set package of drinks
• Cannot be redeemed for cash value
• Winter Kit consists of 1x Joma Hat, 1 x Joma Gloves and 1 x Joma Snood

4. Redemption:

• To redeem, you must speak with your local club before and after your booking to confirm
• Redemption and claim cannot be redeemed for cash value as a refund
• Play all 5 weeks from 26th December 2023 to 31st January 2024 (1 per week)*
• Pay in full with £0 arrears
• A redemption form will be sent to email to make a claim
• Any booking that takes place on a date a club is closed, will be able to claim within 4 weeks, rather than 5

6. Booking Process:

• To avail of the discount, customers must retain or make a Block Booking during the Promotion Period.
• Bookings can be made over the phone, online or in person at any participating club.

7. Valid Locations:

• The Promotion is valid at all participating Goals locations in Scotland and England (43 clubs)

8. Exclusions:

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• The discount cannot be applied to any add-ons after the Promotion Period.
• Not available for Junior Bookings or FA Team Bookings
• Limited to 500 units each

9. Cancellation and Refund:

• Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

10. Modification or Termination:

• Goals reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. General Terms:

• By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Goals' standard terms and conditions also apply and can be found on the Goals website.

13. Others:

• Participation of the users in this sale is subject to the Terms of Use as listed on the Website.
• The participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all the provisions of these T&Cs.
• The complete text of these T&Cs will be available at the Site and at the App.
• The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other means deemed opportune to communicate to the beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&Cs.
• The Organizer, co-organizer, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organizations related to this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
• The Organizer will identify and explain the terms of this promotion based on legal process.
• Participants will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other GOALS promotions if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any of the rules of the game or legal requirements.
