£100 England Bar Voucher - Jan 2024 Campaign

1. Promotion Period:

• The £100 Bar Voucher campaign for functions in England ("Promotion") will run from December 26, 2023, to January 9, 2024 ("Promotion Period")

2. Eligibility:

• The Promotion is open to all customers of Goals.
• Opted-in members only will receive a £100 Voucher for Functions during the Promotion Period.
• For new and existing customers.
• Must book function within the Promotion Period for any dates up to 31st December 2024.
• Can claim the £100 voucher if upgrading from a non-opted-in member to an opted-in member within the Promotional Period (ends 9th January 2024 for £100 voucher)

3. Voucher Details:

• The Voucher will be applied during the event and will be added to a bar tab or redeemed through a set package of drinks
• This is still applicable alongside the current £100 refund for surpassing the "bar spend" at selected clubs

4. Redemption:

• To redeem, you must speak with your local club before your event and reference the campaign
• Redemption and claim cannot be redeemed for cash value as a refund

5. Opting In:

• To qualify for the £100 voucher, customers must opt-in for marketing communications at the time of booking. Customers can opt-in by updating their preferences through the Goals website, over the phone or in person at any Goals club.

6. Booking Process:

• To avail of the discount, customers must make their booking for a function during the Promotion Period.
• Bookings can be made by quoting/referencing the offer, over the phone or in person at any participating clubs.
• £100 voucher: Must be made between 26th December 2023 to 9th January 2024, for dates between 26th December 2023 to 31st December 2024.

7. Valid Locations:

• The Promotion is valid at all participating Goals locations in England (39 clubs)

8. Exclusions:

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• The discount cannot be applied to any add-ons after the Promotion Period.

9. Cancellation and Refund:

• Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

10. Modification or Termination:

• Goals reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. General Terms:

• By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Goals' standard terms and conditions also apply and can be found on the Goals website.

• Participation of the users in this sale is subject to the Terms of Use as listed on the Website.
• The participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all the provisions of these T&Cs.

• The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other means deemed opportune to communicate to the beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&Cs.
• The Organizer, co-organizer, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organizations related to this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
• The Organizer will identify and explain the terms of this promotion based on legal process.
• Participants will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other GOALS promotions if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any of the rules of the game or legal requirements.
