  1. Campaign Overview

The GOALS January Campaign 2026 (“Campaign”) runs across selected products and booking types to encourage participation, reward new customers, and support football activity across GOALS clubs.

Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and GOALS standard Terms of Use.

  1. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 00:00 on Monday 29 December 2025 to 23:59 on Sunday 31 January 2026 (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated within individual offers.

GOALS reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

  2. 20% Off Casual Pitch Hire – New Customers Only
  3. Promotion Details
  • New customers can receive 20% off a casual pitch hire during Week 2 only of January 2026.
  • A unique discount code will be issued upon customer sign-up.
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to new customers only.
  • Customers must create a GOALS account to receive the discount code.
  • The offer is valid for online bookings only.
  1. Redemption
  • The discount code must be applied at the time of booking.
  • The discount applies to pitch hire only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  1. Exclusions
  • Not valid for existing customers.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Subject to availability.
  1. 20% Off Function Bar Bill – Fridays Only
  2. Promotion Details
  • Customers hosting a function on a Friday during the Campaign Period will receive 20% off selected drinks lines from the bar bill.
  • A dedicated 20% off drinks bar till button will be activated on the evening of the function.
  1. Scotland-Only Incentive
  • In Scotland only, customers will receive a £100 bar voucher instead of the 20% discount.
  1. Eligibility
  • Applicable to booked functions taking place on Fridays during the Campaign Period.
  • Discount applies only to selected drinks lines, as determined by GOALS.
  1. Exclusions
  • Discount does not apply to food, non-eligible drinks, or external suppliers.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Not valid in conjunction with other bar or function offers unless stated.
  1. Free League Registration – New League Teams
  2. Promotion Details
  • Free registration for new league teams joining during the Campaign Period.
  • The registration value will be credited as a HO-WO customer offer.
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to new league teams only.
  • Teams must complete registration during the Campaign Period.
  1. Exclusions
  • Does not apply to existing league teams or renewals.
  • Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  1. £30 Retail Voucher – Block Bookings (New Customers Only)
  2. Promotion Details
  • New customers who commit to a qualifying block booking will receive a £30 retail voucher.
  • The voucher will be unlocked after completing 3 weeks of booked sessions within the Campaign Period.
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to new customers only.
  • Block booking must be made during the Campaign Period.
  • Customers must complete 3 weeks of booked sessions before the voucher can be claimed.
  • Voucher will be issued in-club via POS, printed and handed directly to the customer after eligibility is confirmed.
  1. Redemption
  • Voucher can be redeemed against eligible retail products at participating GOALS locations.
  • Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  1. Exclusions
  • One voucher per qualifying block booking.
  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other retail promotions unless stated.
  • Voucher will not be issued if 3 weeks of bookings are not completed.
  1. 20% Off Kids Parties
  2. Promotion Details
  • Customers can receive 20% off Kids Party bookings during the Campaign Period using a promotional code.
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to new and existing customers.
  • Bookings must be made:
    • Online
    • Through Customer Services
  1. Redemption
  • The discount code must be applied at the time of booking.
  • Applies to the full Kids Party package basket booked during the Campaign Period
  1. Exclusions
  • Discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other Kids Party offers unless stated.
  • Add-ons purchased outside the Campaign Period will be charged at full price.
  1. Locations

All offers are valid at participating GOALS locations unless otherwise stated. Availability may vary by club.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds
  • All bookings remain subject to GOALS’ standard cancellation and refund policies.
  • Promotional discounts do not alter cancellation terms.
  1. General Terms
  • GOALS reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption where criteria are not met.
  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour may result in disqualification from this and future GOALS promotions.
  • GOALS standard Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these Campaign Terms and can be found on the GOALS website.

Loyalty Boost 2025

League and Block Bookings

1. Promotion Period:

  • The loyalty boost for Block Bookings and League teams Promotion ("Promotion") will run from Thursday 26th December 2024 to midnight Friday 31st January 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

  • The Promotion is open to all customers of Goals.
  • For new and existing customers.
  • Member account booking must have 0 arrears and 0 cancelled games.
  • 100% attendance for League Teams must be adhered to between week 52 and week 5. (4 weeks of games) These dates refer to 26th December 2024 to 31st January 2025.
  • All Block Bookings must be completed (min 4) between week 52 and week 5. These dates refer to 26th December 2024 to 31st January 2025.
  • An email must be shown to your club staff with reference to the eligibility being met. You will receive this email within 7 days.

3. Loyalty Details:

  • Customers are eligible for 1 x additional loyalty that equals the same value as per your normal loyalty rewards. These values change depending on the type of booking. All loyalty information can be found here: https://www.goalsfootball.co.uk/leagues/loyalty-scheme 
  • The extra voucher will be provided within 30 days after the 31st January 2025.

4. Booking Process:

  • To avail of the offer, customers must make their booking on our website or app or through clubs or customer services during the Promotion Period.

6. Valid Locations:

  • The Promotion is valid at all participating Goals locations. (43 clubs)

7. Exclusions:

  • The Promotion can be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless explicitly

8. Cancellation and Refund:

  • Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

9. Modification or Termination:

  • Goals reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

10. General Terms:

  • By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Goals' standard terms and conditions also apply and can be found on the Goals website.

FREE JOMA BALL 2025

Casual Booking Upgrade

1. Promotion Period:

  • The FREE Joma ball promotion for converted 'Casual' booking customers to 'Block Booking' customers in England and Scotland ("Promotion") will run from Thursday 26th December 2024 to midnight Friday 31st January 2025 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

  • The Promotion is open only to customers who have booked 'casually', and converted to a 'Block Booking' of 10 or more weeks within week 52 and week 1. 
  • For new customers only.
  • Must have played at least 1 time between September 2024 for any dates up to 22nd December 2024 then upgraded thereafter.
  • Must have paid 4 times between 22nd December 2024 to 31st January 2025.

3. Redemption:

  • To redeem, you will receive an email in which you have to show your club management team who will enter your details to validate.
  • Redemption and claim cannot be redeemed for cash value as a refund.

4. Booking Process:

  • Upgrading from a 'Casual' booking to a 'Block Booking' must be made within the Promotion Period.
  • Bookings can be made by quoting/referencing the offer, over the phone or in person at any participating clubs.

5. Valid Locations:

  • The Promotion is valid at participating Goals locations (43 clubs) in England and Scotland

6. Exclusions:

  • The Promotion can be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • The discount cannot be applied to any add-ons after the Promotion Period.

7. Cancellation and Refund:

  • Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

Leagues

1. Promotion Period:

  • The FREE Joma ball promotion for 'League' booking customers in England and Scotland ("Promotion") will run from Thursday 26th December 2024 to midnight Friday 31st January 2025 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

  • The Promotion is open only to customers who have or will join a league and played 4 games between week 52 and week 1. 
  • For new and existing customers
  • Must have played and paid 4 times between 22nd December 2024 to 31st January 2025.

3. Redemption:

  • To redeem, you will receive an email in which you have to show your club management team who will enter your details to validate.
  • Redemption and claim cannot be redeemed for cash value as a refund.
