January 2026 Campaign Terms

1. Campaign Overview

The GOALS January Campaign 2026 ("Campaign") runs across selected products and booking types to encourage participation, reward new customers, and support football activity across GOALS clubs.

Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and GOALS standard Terms of Use.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 00:00 on Friday 26 December 2025 to 23:59 on Sunday 31 January 2026 ("Campaign Period"), unless otherwise stated within individual offers.

GOALS reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions

A. 20% Off Casual Pitch Hire – New Customers Only

Promotion Details

New customers can receive 20% off a casual pitch hire during Week 2 only of January 2026.
A unique discount code will be issued upon customer sign-up.

Eligibility

Open to new customers only.
Customers must create a GOALS account to receive the discount code.
The offer is valid for online bookings only.

Redemption

The discount code must be applied at the time of booking.
The discount applies to pitch hire only and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Exclusions

Not valid for existing customers.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Subject to availability.

B. 20% Off Function Bar Bill – Fridays Only

Promotion Details

Customers hosting a function on a Friday during the Campaign Period will receive 20% off selected drinks lines from the bar bill.
A dedicated 20% off drinks bar till button will be activated on the evening of the function.

Scotland-Only Incentive

In Scotland only, customers will receive a £100 bar voucher instead of the 20% discount.

Eligibility

Applicable to booked functions taking place on Fridays during the Campaign Period.
Discount applies only to selected drinks lines, as determined by GOALS.

Exclusions

Discount does not apply to food, non-eligible drinks, or external suppliers.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Not valid in conjunction with other bar or function offers unless stated.

C. Free League Registration – New League Teams

Promotion Details

Free registration for new league teams joining during the Campaign Period.
The registration value will be credited as a HO-WO customer offer.

Eligibility

Open to new league teams only.
Teams must complete registration during the Campaign Period.

Exclusions

Does not apply to existing league teams or renewals.
Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

D. £30 Retail Voucher – Block Bookings (New Customers Only)

Promotion Details

New customers who commit to a qualifying block booking will receive a £30 retail voucher.
The voucher will be unlocked after completing 3 weeks of booked sessions within the Campaign Period.

Eligibility

Open to new customers only.
Block booking must be made during the Campaign Period.
Customers must complete 3 weeks of booked sessions before the voucher can be claimed.
Voucher will be issued in-club via POS, printed and handed directly to the customer after eligibility is confirmed.

Redemption

Voucher can be redeemed against eligible retail products at participating GOALS locations.
Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exclusions

One voucher per qualifying block booking.
Subject to stock availability.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other retail promotions unless stated.
Voucher will not be issued if 3 weeks of bookings are not completed.

E. 20% Off Kids Parties

Promotion Details

Customers can receive 20% off Kids Party bookings during the Campaign Period using a promotional code.

Eligibility

Open to new and existing customers.
Bookings must be made online or through Customer Services.

Redemption

The discount code must be applied at the time of booking.
Applies to the full Kids Party package basket booked during the Campaign Period.

Exclusions

Discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other Kids Party offers unless stated.
Add-ons purchased outside the Campaign Period will be charged at full price.

4. Locations

All offers are valid at participating GOALS locations unless otherwise stated. Availability may vary by club.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings remain subject to GOALS' standard cancellation and refund policies.
Promotional discounts do not alter cancellation terms.

6. General Terms

GOALS reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption where criteria are not met.
Any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour may result in disqualification from this and future GOALS promotions.
