KIDS PARTY OFFER TERMS

1. Promotion Period:

• The 10% Off Kids Party Promotion ("Promotion") will run from March 27th 2024, to April 7th, 2024 ("Promotion Period").
• The 15% Kids Party Promotion ("Promotion") will run from March 27th 2024, to April 7th, 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

• The Promotion is open to all customers of Goals.
• Non-opted-in Goals+ customers are eligible for a 10% discount on kids' parties during the Promotion Period.
• Opted-in Goals+ members will receive a 15% discount on kids' parties during the Promotion Period.
• For new and existing customers.

3. Discount Details:

• The 10% discount for non-opted-in Goals[+] customers applies to the standard price of kids' parties and cannot be combined with any other offers.
• The 15% discount for opted-in Goals[+] members is exclusively available to members who have opted in as a Goals[+] member.

4. Opting In:

• To qualify for the 15% discount, customers must be opted in as a Goals[+] member at the time of booking. Customers can become a Goals[+] member by creating an account on the Goals website.

5. Booking Process:

• To avail of the discount, customers must make their booking for a kids' party during the Promotion Period.
• The discount code must be applied for opted-in and opted-out members during the booking process.
• Bookings can be made by quoting/referencing the code on our website, over the phone or in person at any participating clubs.
• To receive 10% off: Must be made between 27th March 2024 to 7th April 2024, for dates between 27th March 2024 to 30th June 2024.
• To receive 15% off: Must be made between 27th March 2024 to 7th April 2024, for dates between 27th March 2024 to 30th June 2024 and be a Goals+ member.

6. Valid Locations:

• The Promotion is valid at all participating Goals locations. (43 clubs)

7. Exclusions:

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• The discount cannot be applied to any add-ons after the Promotion Period.
• Discount applies to entire basket value if added within the Promotional Period.

8. Cancellation and Refund:

• Standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

9. Modification or Termination:

• Goals reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

10. General Terms:

• By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Goals' standard terms and conditions also apply and can be found on the Goals website.

12. Others:

• Participation of the users in this sale is subject to the Terms of Use as listed on the Website.
• The participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all the provisions of these T&Cs.
• The complete text of these T&Cs will be available at the Site and at the App.
• The Promoter will promote the event on the Site, on the App and through any other means deemed opportune to communicate to the beneficiaries; advertising materials will be compliant with the present T&Cs.
• The Organizer, co-organizer, any agencies collaborating in this promotion, advertising agencies, distributors and other organizations related to this promotion cannot participate in this promotion.
• The Organizer will identify and explain the terms of this promotion based on legal process.
• Participants will automatically and immediately be disqualified from this and any other GOALS promotions if they demonstrate any bad faith or any malicious, inadequate, misleading or inappropriate conduct, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means, or violate any of the rules of the game or legal requirements.
• The promoter has the right to end the promotion at any time.
