Established in 2014, the Feefo Trusted Service Awards celebrate brands that use genuine customer insight to continually raise service standards. Platinum status is awarded only to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years, demonstrating a sustained commitment to service excellence.

To achieve a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must collect at least 50 verified reviews with a service rating between 4.5 and 5 over a 12-month period. GOALS has surpassed this benchmark year after year, earning Platinum recognition once again in 2026.
